Welcome to Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Spring Grove.

Although many parishes are named after the Sacred Heart, all are unique.

Here in Spring Grove, Sacred Heart is a small, but growing Parish. Our Mass schedule is on this web site as well as most of our activities. We hope that as our Parish grows, they will too.

Our Mission:

Our Mission as the people of Sacred Heart Parish of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania and the Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg, is to worship and serve our Lord, Jesus Christ. United in one baptism and one faith, we venerate His name by:

  • gathering together to celebrate His presence in word and sacrament
  • renewing our faith daily in a personal act of conversion and desire for His love
  • loving our neighbor and reaching out to our brothers and sisters, especially those in need
  • being disciples of His teachings and conveyors of the Gospel in the Catholic tradition
  • furthering His ministry through evangelization and ecumenical cooperation

We the people of Sacred Heart Parish, strengthened and counseled by the power and wisdom of the Holy Spirit, are committed to the responsible stewardship of our resources and the giving of ourselves for the better glory and honor of God.
